The owners were really lovely, went out of their way to help us out when we were stuck needing a ride to a wedding. the bed was super comfy, perfect for a restful night, just what we needed.

It wasn't cheap, but certainly acceptable given the service!

Super clean, super comfortable bed, with excellent communication from the welcoming host and fast stable wifi that made my stay enjoyable.

The Vale in Cricklade provides a charming stay with characterful rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the relaxed vibe in the dining area. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my visit, slightly dampening my experience. a lovely spot!

I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious double room and the charming rooftop terrace where I could unwind. Plus, the live music on the weekends added a nice touch to my stay. The only downside was the bar not serving food in the evening, but I'm looking forward to trying the new chef's menu when I return! 😊

I had a delightful evening with delicious Kenyan fusion food and a hot shower after a muddy walk. The comfortable bed was a perfect end to the day! I'd come back for sure.

Loved the charm of the area! accessing our room at night was tricky due to a dark fire escape. Our room was cozy but the bathroom light could be disruptive. If you have mobility concerns, consider another option to avoid hassle with luggage and stairs.
